How do I make a payment?

Credit Card

We accept all four major credit card providers: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your payment will be automatically deducted every billing cycle (typically every 30 days from the date of purchase). If for some reason your card fails, we will send you an email notifying you to update your credit card on file and pay the past due invoice.

How to make a one-time payment:

  • Please sign in at HERE.
  • Once signed in, On the right panel you can click on ADD FUNDS.

You will get a credit card box to fill out and submit, but this information will NOT be saved for future payments.

How to update your credit card.
Simply sign in at HERE and at the top, click My Details, then click Change Credit Card Details. Here, you can see the last 4 digits of the credit card (if we have one on file).  This information will be saved for future payments.

Paypal:

If you pay using PayPal, by default, your payment is a one-time payment and will not be taken automatically every month.

  • Please sign in at HERE.
  • Once signed in, click My Invoices.
  • Click the invoice number and you will see a full page invoice.
  • In the top right, click Pay Now with PayPal.

You will be directed to paypal.com to supply the funds, but this information will NOT be saved for future payments.

Paypal Subscription

This is how you can tell PayPal to make your payments automatically. Please understand that TechHaus Host will not be in control over the amount of money you send or when PayPal sends it. If you want the automatic payments to stop, you must cancel the Paypal Subscription.

Please do not subscribe when your payment is late; this will cause all of your payments to be late. Instead, pay one-time and wait until the next invoice to setup the subscription (on time).

  • Please sign in at HERE.
  • Once signed in, click My Invoices.
  • Click the invoice number and you will see a full page invoice.
  • In the top right, click Pay Now with PayPal.

You are not able to subscribe unless there is an open invoice.

Cash, Check or Money Orders

Make payment to "TechHaus Host / The Global Business Group, Inc." and send via snail mail:

We will apply this payment to your account as soon as we receive it, but not earlier.

Switching Payment Methods

You are welcome to switch how you pay at any time; there is usually no need to contact TechHaus Host. Please follow the instructions for a one-time payment using the new method. If you pay an invoice before we charge your credit card, then we will not charge your card automatically.

If you want to permanently change your payment method, please contact our support team via live chat, telephone, or email sales@techhaushost.com.

Past Due Invoices

We allow you ten days to pay any past due invoices. If an invoice is not paid within ten days after we create it, your account will be suspended and a $10.00 late fee will be added. You will have an additional ten days to pay all open invoices before your account may be terminated.
